• Never previously banned or suspended from the wwdbos platform or any related platform due to fraud or breach of terms.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

Wwdbos reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may be temporarily suspended or closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original deposit method subject to successful verification.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the wwdbos platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other information, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and wins forfeited.

• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, even if the access occurred without your knowledge.

Wwdbos uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all personal information and transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available and recommended for all members to enhance account security.

Wwdbos accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using another person's account are not permitted.
• Wwdbos reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal if there are concerns regarding the source of funds.
• Wwdbos does not charge any additional fees for deposits. Any charges imposed by the payment provider are beyond our control.

Withdrawals at wwdbos are processed within 3 to 10 minutes for digital payment methods and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers, subject to successful identity verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Accounts that have not completed the KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is finished.
• Wwdbos reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or are deemed unusual.
• For bonuses and winnings earned through bonuses, wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Wwdbos offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, cashback, enhanced odds and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotion terms.

• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal involving bonus funds is permitted. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per stated promotion, unless it is a recurring promotion such as weekly cashback.
• Wwdbos reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or wagering intended to manipulate turnover requirements.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used outside the wwdbos platform.
• Wwdbos reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

All games available at wwdbos are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by internationally accredited audit bodies, or use live dealers from licensed and registered live casino providers.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals may be made against completed game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wwdbos will settle bets based on stored system records. Decisions made by us in such situations are final.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. wwdbos is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wwdbos platform and may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of all wins, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using a false identity or borrowing another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Any form of player collusion to cheat the system or manipulate games.
• Use of automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play without genuine human involvement.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions through methods designed to extract value without genuine risk (bonus abuse/arbitrage).
• Money laundering or transferring funds derived from illegal activities through the platform.

Wwdbos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Self-initiated requests by members who wish to close their account.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, wwdbos reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. For account closures at the member's own request, any legitimate balance will be returned to the original deposit method once identity verification is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wwdbos shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from:

• Technical disruptions, system downtime or third-party internet service failures.
• Any losses incurred in games that form part of the inherent risk of wagering activity.
• Any use of information provided on the platform for financial advice or investment purposes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
